Anuschka qualified in 1998 from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She has worked in several farm animal practices in the Netherlands & the UK. Her professional interests are on improving profitability and welfare on farms.

Rhys Beynon-Thomas

BVSc MRCVS

Rhys is a dairy farmer’s son from Hendy. He graduated from Bristol in 2012 and worked in a farm practice in Gloucestershire. His family have a pedigree Holstein Herd and Berrichon flock at home. Rhys is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Ross Matthews

Practice Manager

Ross became practice manager of ProStock back in December 2017, and is mainly based at Carmarthen but is regularly seen around all branches. 

Merfyn Evans

MRCVS

Merfyn has spent much of his extensive career working in the Cardiganshire area. He enjoys all aspects of farm practice especially sheep work and is based mostly  at our Lampeter branch,. Merfyn is fluent in Welsh and lives on the family farm in Newquay.

Francesca Pera

MRCVS

Francesca graduated from University of Turin in Italy in 2013 and joined ProStock in November 2014. She is interested in all aspects of farm animal practice. You will find Francesca in both Teifi and Camarthen branch.

Greete Kereme

MRCVS

Greete graduated from Estonia in 2017. While studying, she worked as a Vet Tech on a farm milking 1200 cows, after graduating Greete worked on a 500-milking cow and 250 beef cattle farm as the onsite vet. Her daily jobs included all the daily treatments, AI, emergencies, herd health plans, routine fertility check and foot trimming.  As a vet, Greete is especially interested in fertility and hopes to learn embryo transfer technology.  

Elly Cockman

MA (Hons) VetMB

Elly grew up in Suffolk, first developing her interest in farm practice while working on a commercial pig unit. She graduated from Cambridge University in 2021 and is interested in calf health and sheep. You will find Elly mainly at the Carmarthen branch.

Rebeca James

BVSc MRCVS

Beca graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022. She is from Tregaron and is a fluent Welsh speaker. She enjoys all aspects of farm animal work but has a particular interest in sheep, having her own small flock at home. Beca can be found at the Carmarthen and Lampeter Branches.

Lauren Hall

BSc (Hons) BVM MRCVS

Lauren graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2022. She is originally from Buckinghamshire. Lauren has a keen interest in dairy youngstock and sheep work. Lauren can be found at the Carmarthen Branch.

Madga Sioukiouroglou

MRCVS

Madga has returned from Greece and is now back working from the Carmarthen branch.

Josh Hosford

BSc BVSc MRCVS

Josh graduated from Bristol University 2023 after completing his accelerated graduate entry programme for Veterinary Medicine. Prior to vet school, he had completed a degree in agriculture at Newcastle University and worked as a farm manager on a dairy farm for Velcourt ltd. He is very pleased to now be working in the veterinary sector within the agriculture industry, as this was always what most interested and drew him to farming. Josh has the most experience of dairy farming but is keen to get involved in all sectors of the livestock industry. Away from work Josh loves the outdoors and spends his time walking, diving, fishing or canoeing

Jake Collyer

BVMSci MRCVS

Jake graduated from the University of Surrey in 2023. Originally from an arable farming family in Norfolk, Jake decided he had had enough of the flat land and lack of cows and decided to up sticks and move to the other side of the country. Jake is interested in all aspects of farm practice but has a keen interest in goat and sheep medicine. Outside of work Jake can be found hiking in the countryside or fishing along a river.  

Elvis-Daniel Chiforec

Elvis Graduated from Iași university, Romania, in 2017, where he then joined ProStock Vets in 2020. Elvis mainly does TB testing, along with some minor surgery (dehorning, castrating). Elvis has started mobility scoring and is interested in foot trimming.You will find Elvis mainly at the Carmarthen Branch.

Beth joined Prostock Vets in 2023 after travelling New Zealand, completing her Agricultural degree and working on various dairy farms. Beth is part of our expanding Vet Tech team.

Marie joined Prostock shortly after launching, and is in charge of the TB work in the practice and she can be found 5 days a week in Carmarthen.

Llinos joined Prostock in 2015. She is the Head receptionist at the Glynhebog branch and enjoys interacting with our clients.

Angharad joined Prostock in October 2016. You will find Angharad at the Llangadog branch.

Stock Manager

Bethan joined Prostock in 2018 and is in charge of stock control across the practice.

Accounts & Finance

Bethan is a farmers daughter from Pontardawe who joined Prostock in 2020 after graduating her accountancy degree at Swansea Univerisity. You will find Bethan working in the Carmarthen branch in the Accounts & Finance department.

Joanne Stephens

Practice Control

Jo joined ProStock in 2022 and can be found in the Carmarthen branch.  She is a member of the PC Team.  On the weekends she enjoys competing in Showjumping with her pony or riding motocross.

Tracey Thomas

Tracey joined Prostock in 2021 and can be found on the road most days running our farm delivery service

Miranda Bowen

Miranda joined Prostock in October 2022 and works two days a week in our Llangadog Branch. In her free time, Miranda is an animal portrait artist and competes in triathlons.
