Carmarthen branch

Courtney joined Prostock in 2025 having graduated from Harper and Keele Vet School. She first developed an interest in farming when lambing on her cousins farm in Northern Ireland; since then she has worked throughout the UK and in New Zealand on beef, sheep, dairy, and pig farms. She enjoys all aspects of farm practice, with a particular interest in youngstock health. In her spare time she tends to be hiking or running with her black Labrador, Finn

Frances joined the ProStock team in 2025 and manages the HR department.

Ffion joined the ProStock team in 2025 as a new grad after graduating from the University of Bristol in 2025. She grew up on a beef and sheep farm just outside of Pontypridd. In her own time, she enjoys walking her Corgi, Bron, around South Wales and going to the gym. She is a member of Llanfynydd Young Farmers club and enjoys competing in tug of war through the summer months!

Rowan graduated from University of Edinburgh in 2024 and joined ProStock shortly after. She is Scottish and grew up in Lanarkshire, between Glasgow and Edinburgh. She developed a passion for farming in her early years at university whilst out on lambing and dairy placements and has never looked back. She is looking forward to getting out and meeting all of the lovely farmers (and hopefully picking up some Welsh along the way). In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, and going for an occasional swim. 

Ebony joined ProStock after recently completed her Agriculture Degree (BSc) in 2023. Ebony has developed her passion for farming since previously working on a sheep and beef farm as well as milking on a dairy farm. Ebony is one of our support staff.

Beth joined Prostock Vets in 2023 after travelling New Zealand, completing her Agricultural degree and working on various dairy farms. Beth is part of our expanding Vet Tech team.

Ella graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2023. She comes from a mixed dairy and sheep farm in mid-Somerset and is interested in all aspects of farm animal practice, particularly youngstock management. In her spare time Ella enjoys playing rugby, hiking, and wild swimming. 

Jen joined Prostock in February 2023. She is head receptionist at our Carmarthen Branch.

Josh is a sheep farmer from Gower who joined the ProStock team in July 2023. 

Josh has years of experience working on beef and sheep farms in the Swansea area. 

When not TB Testing or farming, you'll find Josh on the rugby pitch. He is one of our TB Testers.

Tracey joined Prostock in 2021 and can be found on the road most days running our farm delivery service
