Sam was born and raised in Lancashire. He graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1998. He has worked in a variety of practices in the UK and New Zealand. He is interested in both herd and individual cow and bull fertility.

Anuschka qualified in 1998 from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She has worked in several farm animal practices in the Netherlands & the UK. Her professional interests are on improving profitability and welfare on farms.

Stephen is a farmers’ son who qualified from Bristol Vet School in 2004. His main interests are in dairy herd fertility and nutrition. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Rhys is a dairy farmer’s son from Hendy. He graduated from Bristol in 2012 and worked in a farm practice in Gloucestershire. His family have a pedigree Holstein Herd and Berrichon flock at home. Rhys is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Sarah-Jane graduated from Bristol in 2012 & joined the practice in October 2014 from a farm practice in Gloucester. She enjoys all aspects of large animal practice.
Merfyn has spent much of his extensive career working in the Cardiganshire area. He enjoys all aspects of farm practice especially sheep work and is based mostly at our Llangadog branch,. Merfyn is fluent in Welsh and lives on the family farm in Newquay.
Rupert joined ProStock in July 2017 after graduating from Bristol Vet School. His main interests are in helping dairy herds maximise output for their chosen system, udder health and suckler herd efficiency. Out of work he is a rugby fan, keen cricketer, enjoys a bit of shooting and loves getting back to his family's mixed farm in Shropshire.

Miranda graduated in 2017 from Bristol and worked in a mixed practice before moving to Prostock. Her main interests are her dairy and sheep work. Outside of work she enjoys surfing and sailing and keeping a few chickens.
Francesca graduated from University of Turin in Italy in 2013. She worked as a meat inspector before joining ProStock in November 2014 as a TB tester and is currently being trained up to do clinical work.
Chris was raised and educated in Zimbabwe, gaining a veterinary degree at the University of Zimbabwe. He started his working career in conservation of wild animals. Job hunting brought him to sunny South Wales and he joined Prostock vets in October 2016. He is married with two children and outside work he enjoys mountain biking and the occasional trip to the gym.
Lee graduated form London University in 2018. At home he has a flock of Sulmtalers (Austrian chickens!) which he used to show with National success. Lee is particularly interested in youngstock management and sheep flock health.
Magda graduated from Thessaloniki Vet School in Greece in 2015. She has been working as a ruminant nutritionist and technical advisor for the past 2 years. In her spare time Magda enjoys sport, especially basketball.
Greete graduated from Estonia in 2017. While studying, she worked as a Vet Tech on a farm milking 1200 cows, after graduating Greete worked on a 500-milking cow and 250 beef cattle farm as the onsite vet. Her daily jobs included all the daily treatments, AI, emergencies, herd health plans, routine fertility check and foot trimming. As a vet, Greete is especially interested in fertility and hopes to learn embryo transfer technology. In her free time she likes exploring the countryside, either hiking with her dog or by bike.
Marius qualified from Vet School in Iasi in Romania. He has been in the UK since 2004. Marius does much of our TB work as well as foot trimming, dehorning & castrating.
Daniel finished his studies in Bucharest, Romania in 2018. He has spent most of his time as a qualified vet working with beef and dairy clients, hence the move to Wales to find more! In his spare time Daniel enjoys swimming and is looking forward to exploring the local coastline.
Paul is part of the TB team. Retired from the rugby pitch, he is now greatly looking forward to exploring the Welsh county on a motorbike. Paul has moved from Romania to Carmarthen with his wife and two boys.
Harri is a local Gelli Aur graduate who grew up helping out on his grandfather’s dairy farm. After finishing his studies, he went travelling and worked on Australia's largest dairy farm, where he had a wide range of responsibilities including foot trimming. During his spare time, you can catch him playing for Carmarthen Athletic.
Ross has a wealth of business management experience developed through a 25 year career in property and estates management in the brewing industry. Ross worked on local farms as a youngster and has always had an interest in farming and country sports He lives on his small holding near Blaenycoed with his two teenage daughters
Marie has been involved in vet practice for 17 years, having started in Arc vets, she has been at Prostock since close to the start. Her interests include keeping fit and looking after her three busy young boys! She is a keen rugby fan and enjoys walks in the country side. Marie is in charge of the TB work in the practice and she can be found 5 days a week in Glynhebog.

Heidi grew up on a farm in Somerset and went from school straight into a mixed practice to train as a nurse. Her interest in horses took her to Newmarket, to specialist equine practice. She moved to Wales with work some 9 years ago and joined the Prostock team in 2018. Her interest includes walking her dog, gardening, Pilates and renovating her old church into a home! She can be found in Glynhebog managing our work load of business projects, H & S and TB work.
Helen joined Prostock Vets in September 2012, since joining she has been working as a Receptionist and today deals with customer phone calls and manages the diary for the vets. She is a keen showman and enjoys showing animals form the family’s Nicel Herd. Helen lives on a beef and sheep farm in Llansadwrn, with husband Gareth and their two daughters.
Llinos farms on the family dairy and sheep farm in Llanarthne and joined Prostock in 2015. She has an interest in developing her own Texel Sheep flock and caring for the dairy herd. She is the Head receptionist at the Glynhebog branch and enjoys interacting with our clients.
Ann lives with her husband and two sons on their dairy farm near Llanelli. Her interests include going to watch Scarlets, walking and listening to music. Ann is a fluent welsh speaker and is a Club Leader with Llanelli YFC. She joined The Prostock Team in September 2015 is based at Glynhebog 5 days a week and is responsible for the invoicing of farmer accounts.
Accounts & Finance Manager
Sarah started at ProStock Vets in 2012 and now heads up the Accounts and Finance function for the practice. Sarah has 32 years farming experience and enjoys the outdoors and cooking in her spare time.
Originally, Lizzy is from a small beef and sheep farm in Herefordshire, and enjoys showing her Southdown and Blue Texel Sheep. She is now settled in Brechfa and is a keen Welsh learner. She is responsible for the lab submissions and results and can be found at Llangadog or Carmarthen Mart.
Eunice was born on a farm in Llanpumsaint where her dad and sisters keep sheep. She still helps relief milking on a farm in Blaenycoed and joined the Prostock team in February 2018.Eunice covers reception duties in all branches, helps out on farms, as well as assisting with invoicing, stock control and equipment maintenance.
Charlotte has worked in a vet practice for 25 years, having joined Bush House in 1993. Her interest in farm animals meant the she did the transition to Prostock vets in 2016 when Bush House finished farm practice. Her interests include handi-craft work, photography and supporting her daughter in cheerleading. Charlotte works full time as a team leader at Llangadog branch.
Angharad was born and raised on a Dairy and Sheep farm in Llandovery and joined Bush House Veterinary Group in 1997, joining Prostock in October 2016. Outside work Angharad enjoys singing, playing and watching sports as well as enjoy farming at home with the family.
Angharad is the youngest member of the Prostock team, having joined the Practice in 2018. She was raised in on a sheep farm on the outskirts of Llandovery. Angharad is a fluent welsh speaker and her interests include watching rugby, farming and YFC events, her favourite being the tug of war! She works in the Llangadog branch.
Nerys was born and raised on a family dairy farm in Llanarthney. She’s been a part of the ProStock Support Staff since 2011. She’s a fluent welsh speaker and keen rugby supporter. When she’s not milking cows or at work, you’ll find her chasing after her busy two year old son! She splits her time between Carmarthen Mart and Llangadog.
Gill is a long-time resident of Pembrokeshire, who started on a small holding with sheep, poultry, and pets. Very soon she became a part of Nevern Show. Her love of the countryside led to working with vets, and although she now, has just one dog, her interests are very much within the farming community. Gill can be found running the Teifi branch.
Christine lives on a beef/arable farm near Crymych with her husband Alan and has spent over 30 years in farming working as a herdsperson, relief milker and also running her own small flock of pedigree Suffolks. Based at the Teifi branch and Carmarthen Mart Christine covers reception roles and assists the finance team. Hobbies include horses,walking and reading.
Bethan lives on dairy farm near Eglwyswrw and has worked in hospitality since leaving school. Her job took her around the world before bringing her back to the farm. Her interests include helping on the farm, pilates and swimming. She joined Prostock in 2018 and is in charge of stock control across the practice.
Vince joined Prostock in 2017 and can be found on the road most days running our farm delivery service. A keen hill walker and climber having beaten both Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn and two marathons! Vince spends weekends on distant hill tops often accompanied by his Bearded Collie, Ben.
